**Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. **Duties:** - Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Promote sales of products through upselling and cross-selling techniques **Requirements:** - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts - Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude **Skills:** - Sales - Cash register operation - Basic math proficiency - Spanish language proficiency (nice-to-have) - Cash handling experience - Ability to sell products effectively - Knowledge of electronics sales (nice-to-have) - Understanding of retail math concepts - Effective time management skills - Technical sales knowledge
